ABOUT ME

Game Designer with over 6 years experience, 5 of which were at Coconut Lizard, A Keywords Studio, focusing on co-development for a number of top tier clients.

Throughout my career, I have thrived in co-development environments, adapting to the unique needs of multiple clients while ensuring high-quality design contributions. I was integral to the design and development on the BAFTA award-winning Sea of Thieves with Rare, supporting a Microsoft company for their well-known RPG IP, and most recently, contributing to an unannounced first-person shooter with a AAA Canadian studio. These experiences have sharpened my skills in Gameplay and Combat design, Unreal Engine development, as well as pitch creation and delivery. Additionally, I have thoroughly enjoyed learning more about Quest and Encounter/Boss Design in my various projects.

One of my proudest achievements was joining Coconut Lizard as one of only two designers, helping to establish the company’s Game Design expertise. Working independently in a 100% remote environment required quick learning, resilience, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard for our clients. My strong communication skills whilst regularly working with cross-functional teams to create cohesive, well integrated content is often highly praised. Contributing to Sea of Thieves' first world-changing event and seeing my work come to life in real time was an incredibly rewarding experience. Collaborating with top-tier studios has broadened my perspective, allowing me to learn diverse workflows and refine my approach to game design.
